53. Notwithstanding the repeal of the Madhya Pradesh Homoeopathic and Biochemic Practitioners Act, 1951( no.267 of1951), persons whose names are bored on the list maintained under section 18 of the repealed Act shall continue to have the same rights as in respects of practicing Homoeopathy in the state as they had under the repealed Act.
