1) The Council shall, with the previous sanction
of the State Government, appoint a Registrar.
The Registrar shall be a full time salaried officer
of the Council and terms and condition of his
service including disciplinary control and right
of appeal shall be such as may be prescribed:
Provided that in the event of any vacancy occurring
in the office of the Registrar for a period of
not exceeding two months, the Council may appoint
any person to act as Registrar.
2)
The Registrar shall be the principal executive
officer of the Council and all employees of the
Council shall be subordinate to him. He shall
be the Secretary of the Council, Executive Committee
and all other committees constituted under section
9 except the committee in which the conduct of
registrar is under enquiry.
